The only thing is my pups don't like the taste of any of the products They used to take Joint chews and saw improvement. Unfortunately the formula was changed and they won't touch it at all

My order was cancelled when I send an email immediately to not cancel my order and I got an email who basically said send us your shipping information and we will send it. I responded so quick but petlab didn’t and they said you can just go back and start over. Like what I needed that probiotic like a week ago and took couple days for the person to email me back and tell me my order had been previously refunded. Like I didn’t want that I specifically said I need that Order and is just annoying. They whole situation is messy. I will order their products but never from them directly. Amazon got them and the process is simpler. This whole things is messy and designed to set you up for a subscription. This whole situation has angered me like what a difficult situation for a probiotic not worth it.

I want to applaud Petlab Co. for their wonderful Customer service. Recently I had to temporarily suspend an auto-pay subscription. Instead of having to be a detective to run down how you suspend a subscription, it was wide open and easy to find. The response I received could not be more respectful and professional. It is easy to enjoy a company like this.

I had questions about my order and was promptly contacted by Pet Lab and all issues were resolved.

Good service when they say it is going to be there it is and ring with any problems it's sorted

I was very sceptical trying something like this for my dog remy. I have tried everything, apoquel, shots, switched his food and treats and things would work for a while but then stop. I decided to give these to my dog Remy. It took about 2 days to start working but what a difference. His allergies used to be through the roof and it ended up costing me a lot of money. I am not saying that these chews completely stopped him scratching but it has reduced it about 80%. I am so happy and I will continue to keep my Remy on these. They do actually really work
