Shipper not the company but the shipper delivered the product to wrong address. I guess, because I never got it. Sent email to PetLab explaining and in no time Lawrence contacted me and took care of everything.

I am very thankful to Petlab Co. for their joint chew products. My goldendoodle was struggling to walk and I didn't think she would make it to her 15th birthday but I am happy to say she turned 15 last week and is running and playing like she always did before her joint issues began!

My product been ordered on 13th of November, unfortunately today is 1st if December a d they still promised to order will be dispatched in next few days. Finally i been asking to cancel my order and get full refund. Good because i paid by PayPal, i opened case to make sure money will be sent back. Time waisted! Order #173076

Delivery placed over two weeks ago. No product arrived. Emailed two days ago. No response. Second email sent today for refund and cancellation. Not impressed.#173276 The order number is above.
