My dog Brooks was an old 13 year old pup. I started him on the joint chews and they really helped his mobility. In particular, he was able to get up easier without so much effort. When he passed, I had just received my next shipment of 4 canisters. I contacted Petlab Co thinking it was going to be a nightmare to return the product and get a refund. I received an email back with their condolences minutes later. Not only did they issue a refund immediately, they asked me to donate the product to a local shelter for a pup in need. I highly recommend Petlab Co for the quality and effectiveness of their product as well as their outstanding customer service.
