I haven’t received 2 months (almost 3) of the joint chew on my subscription. I’ve reached out multiples times about this issue and haven’t received any replacements, responses or help regarding this situation. Our golden is 8 years old and the joint chew is the only thing that helps with her hip pain.

Everyone I ever spoke to was so pleasant. I only cancelled my subscription because I believed my dog is allergic to wheat so we are eliminating it from his diet.

I love pet lab.co , especially their customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and called them, they were super sweet and immediately shipped out the correct product. They didn’t talk to me like I was a dummy which I totally appreciated .

My dog really likes his dental chews. His breath was better within three days and the vet said he has only a small amount of plaque on his teeth, and it’s only been one month since we started.
Response from PetLabCo.Feb 2, 2023
Hi Olivia, It's so great to hear the dental sticks helped improve your fur baby's dental health. Thank you for taking the time to share this. 💗 Stay pawsome, PetLab Co.
