When I ordered the second order of the itch tablets they were different than the first bottle I got. The second batch of itch tabs were a different color and smelled like they had some sort of flavoring on them and my dog wouldn’t eat them at first.

Amazing products, amazing customer service

I paid a lot of money to buy 3 products and I only got one. I had to contact the company and they did resend what I was missing, but it was not a good start. I have been using the products for a couple of weeks and I am not seeing results equal to the high price of the products.

Our senior dog had knee surgery almost 2 years ago and has been on pain meds ever since (problems in her other knee as well). We cut pain meds way down and added Petlab to her regimen and we can't believe how well she is doing. She is running and playing in a way we haven't seen in a long time. This should be in every pet owner and veterinary clinic's bag of tricks!

I have not had a bad experience in any of my dealings with Petlab Co. My orders arrive promptly and if I contact customer service with any questions, I have been immediately contacted and treated with respect and kindness, plus always to my satisfaction! Most importantly my dogs love the products!!!

I am majorly conflicted on how many stars to rate this product/company. I ordered the dental chews with tri-zyme gel and the first two bags/tubes were great and my husky and shiba inu loved them! Of course I subscribed after we were initially happy with the product. Then we received our second shipment of 2 bags of dental sticks and 2 tubes of tri-zyme gel and the gel was a totally different color, texture, and consistency. I contacted the company asking if they were safe to give to my dogs and notified them that I wouldn’t be administering them until I heard back regarding their safety. Not to mention squeezing the gel from the tube is nearly impossible because the consistency is so much thicker/chunkier than previously. Never heard back from the company. Then what do you know, I get charged for ANOTHER shipment of 2 bags of dental sticks and 2 tubes of gel. Didn’t I tell them I WASN’T using the product?? Thankfully I was reimbursed for that shipment. They arrived today, and sure enough… same exact lot numbers as the defective sticks/gel I’ve got sitting around my house already. So now I have 112 sticks and 4 tubes of unusable product. I’ve sent the company numerous emails including the lot numbers and very clear descriptions of the product inconsistencies. Hope you’re all having a better go of it and getting decent products to give to your fur babies. Just cancelled my subscription today. Hopefully one day I’ll get a response as to why the formula has changed so drastically (if that’s even the case), if it’s safe for my dogs to eat (I still think the gel is defective), and what to do about the fact that the gel is so thick it’s basically impossible to squeeze from the tube. Until then, I’m on a mission to find dental chews from a company with QUALITY CONTROL. Good luck everyone else!
