I bought a Dental formula for my dog, But for some reason I want to return it. I didn't find any return option on the site and tried to contact them many times, but they didn't answer anymore.my order number is #4813085

I have been giving my dog the probiotic to try and help his itching and licking for about 3 months or so. I don’t think it’s helping, so I asked for help to switch to the allergy/immune soft chew because I could not find a way to switch it online myself. It took a few days to hear back, but they did switch his supplement. I’m hoping this supplement will help stop his itching and licking.

This company has been pretty great at responding when there's a problem with my order. We purchase three or four different items from Petlabs. Most work pretty good. Not sure about the probiotic but keep giving it to my 3 poms. It hasn't helped with their licking the paws but think it has helped with their digestion.

I have 3 dogs and all of them love the taste and await their "treats" every night. They are using the Probiotic Chews and Dental Kit. Breath is slowly starting to smell better and the appear to be a little more sponky.

I have been trying to cancel an autofill purchase. They claim you can cancel online... there's even a cancel button, but all that does is start a series of emails that never cancels the auto fill. The emails remind you that you can pause or reschedule, but always puts the ball back in your court to initiate cancel. So now I'm on hold trying to talk to someone to finally cancel the auto refill order of dental supplements. If this doesn't work, I'll put a block on my credit card. What a hassle. I'll never use them again and plan to find every review site I can to share my story until my cancellation is executed.

You guys are the best!! Everyone should try this the Proiotics for my dogs has helped them so much. I have one pet with so much scratching and biting creating sores and so miserable, is now playing and jumping, even gets the zoomies! LOL!! I cannot thank you enough!

I've been a customer of Petlab Co. for years. Their Joint Chews helped one of our Bichon Frises get through the end of her life. And we've used their Probiotic and Calming chews for years as well for all 3 of our dogs. Their prices are great and their customer service prompt and accommodating.

I subscribe to the Probiotic Chews, but the wrong item was sent to me by mistake. Petlab Co. sent me the correct product with expedited shipping to correct the error. Problems happen, but it's how you address them that matters. Petlab Co. made things right!
