Attention to at public, respect and responsability.

great customer support and always fast shipping and great prices

I made a mistake when ordering a product online. I called right away to have it exchanged for the correct item. Customer service was gone for the day, so I emailed my dilemma. I heard from someone the next day. The company sent the correct order and let me keep the first one I ordered. Since my dog can’t use it at all, I am donating it to a local shelter. I was impressed with the very quick and fair resolution. Their customer service is five stars!!

Fast shipment…allergy product is really helping our dog clear up from his skin allergy

My dogs probiotic chews are always on time, don’t run out of them before the others arrive

My 7 yr old american bulldog/ foxhound was diagnosed with bilateral knee and hip issues. Surgery is an option, but not recommended. She hesitates to take walks and didn't want to play. We started her on Cosequin joint vitamin & added pet lab joint chews after reading all the fantastic reviews. I figured I would give it 90 days to see an improvement. Glad to say, Miya is back to walking around the block, excited to play a little, and more enthusiastic. Ascending stairs is still a struggle, but I am enjoying the fact that she is willing to take walks again which will help with keeping weight under control and muscle strength.

Great products. Great service
