I failed to change my winter address to my summer address, and product shipped to the old address got returned to Petlab I was credited with the return and an overnight shipment was made to keep my pup's medication current & timely. The customer service was above and beyond.

Petlab Co., is not just a company, they are more than that they represent family. When they advertise about caring about your pets and the well being of your loving animal. It is true. I can not stop talking about the probiotic chews to whomever would listen. I will forever be grateful to them. Thank you PetLab Co.

I first discovered this product on Facebook and initially, I truly believe it worked. Setting up an account was easy, and the dental formula arrived within 2-days. (I actually can’t fault that part of their service throughout my dealings with them, and the product was always charged for and dispatched promptly.) I give one star for the overall product, and an additional star for the customer service. The month (following my initial subscription), I received the product in different packaging. (No reason for alarm bells at this stage since companies do change such things from time to time). Over the duration of the next 12 months however, it was quite apparent that I wasn’t using the same product that I had initially been sent and I started to suspect that I was paying in the region of £40 per month for 2 x 235ml bottles of tap water (with maybe a sprinkle of bicarb added). After doing a little research, I realised that the company was deleting all their negative comments on Facebook, which is never a good sign. I also noticed that they had several Trust Pilot accounts (many with far more disparaging reviews than this particular account). I then decided to do a quick Google search… The founders of Pet Lab are also the founders of a company called CEL MD and I would recommend anyone considering using this company’s products to google ‘CEL MD Lawsuit’ prior to doing so.
