Angel enjoyed the Salmon bites Only problem is she eats them too quickly. They must be exceptionally yummy.

I can't say enough about the customer service of this company! Due to an error on our mail carrier's part, my order was not delivered to me. Petlab, upon learning of the mistake, immediately sent a replacement as well as expedited shipping to decrease my wait time. Petlab definitely has a lifelong customer in me!

We have been customers of pet lab for over five years. Our pets have always enjoyed the products we have purchased. The quality is immediately noticeable when you open the package. It’s nothing like I’ve ever seen at a box retail store or even a national brand pet store. The products I have always looked and smelled human grade. The ingredients are clear and safe. Customer service is beyond spectacular. I’ve never needed to report a problem, but I have taken my time to submit a complement, and they always respond virtually immediately. So that tells me if there ever was anything wrong, they do not hide from their customers. it is hard to find a company like that anywhere nowadays. But we think they are absolutely the best!

This is the second time I have only received one jar of Probiotic Chews. I am on automatic order for two each month. Every month I get the reminder that the order for two jars is ready. I do not make any changes. I then receive one jar and get charged for two. I am strongly considering canceling the orders for the future

The Petlab Co is a good company but this time when I went to checkout I was enticed with extra probiotic chews. My original order was for two things, one being an order of probiotic chews. when the extra offer came up for two things of probiotic chews I thought that it meant that I would be getting my original order of probiotic chews plus one extra additional probiotic chew at no extra cost to my order placed. So basically getting an extra probiotic chew thrown in free as a one time deal. I placed the order and once I got my confirmation that it was placed, it broke down my original order plus and additional order for two probiotic chews at an additional 45 dollars. So now my order has three probiotic chews when I originally only wanted one and the only reason I took up the offer was because I was mislead into believing I would be getting a free probiotic chew, so two containers all together. If I would have known specifically that it would be broken down into two payments and I would be getting charged for an additional 45 dollars, I would not have done it. I just want my money back and everything canceled. I feel like I was tricked. I won't be shopping here again.
