My experience with PetLab has been excellent. However I recently had to cancel my subscription due to financial reasons. Added 5-26-23- As I stated above on 5-13-23, I cancelled my subscription due to financial reasons on that day. However, after getting my great revue they chose to NOT CANCEL my subscription as I had requested and charged me $32.33 on 5-21-23 and sent me another shipment!!. NOW I must go through their REFUND process while they hold onto my money for another week. Yes, I am miffed. Not so happy with them now folks.

Tried the probiotic chews after watching the video and reading the 5 star reviews….I should have read the 1 star reviews instead and listened to my wife when she called it a scam. These chews DID NOT WORK AT ALL! I gave it the 3 months that their in-house vet recommended and we saw no results at all. We even brought the product to our vet and was told that we “fell for it”. If you’re even slightly entertaining buying these overpriced treats for your dog I would definitely check with your vet first….I wish I would have.

Last month's package was missing the enzyme gel and they sent me replacement enzym gel & a whole complete package. I appreciate their customer service something that is lacking in today's world.
