We loved these chews for the last few months. They really helped my dog’s allergies and curbed her paw chewing. However in the last two orders the chews looked different (much lighter in color compared to the dark brown that they were prior) and are definitely not as effective for her as she is constantly chewing her paws all throughout the day and night.

Hello Kelsey, We are sorry to hear that your pup is back to chewing at her paws. We haven't changed our formula, but there are occassional variances in color due to our use of natural ingredients. We'd like to speak with you further. Could you provide an Order ID? We'll have a representative reach out to you soon! Sincerely, PetLab Co

I had an issue with the address and couldn’t figure it out on my end so emailed the company and Kendra sent me out another order within 15 minutes. That kind of customer service is a rare thing these days so I was overjoyed. I will definitely shop all my pet needs with Petlab Co. going forward. I highly recommend this company if you value customer service.
