The customer service and products are equally amazing!! Our Shih Tzu is no longer licking her paws and her teeth are white!! After a small hitch with my subscription due to user error, I sent an e-mail and their quick reply included my solution...which was already entered and updated for my subscription!! My 12 year old pup is healthier than ever and we couldn't be happier!! Wish we had found Petlab Co. before trying other products, they have been a lifechanger for our furr baby!

This stuff is not working on my dog. I have read where people says it works on their dogs in four days. Been using it for three or four weeks. Nothing has happened and I am very disappointed. It says you can get a refund, I want one.

Assisted by Alexander : Fantastic young man! In our conversation I mentioned I just lost my youngest daughter, 28 years of age. His sensitivity, kindness was truly amazing. As. Senior losing a child is detrimental to any family. As for my order, he was perfect. My dogs respond to this product 100%. Thank you Alexander & your team. Great company !
