I had a problem and only got 1/4 of my order. I emailed the help center and they sent me the rest of my order, no questions asked. Customer service gets a 5 star in my book.

I ordered the allergy and gut health chews for my 10 year old Shihtzu. She’s been taking them for 10 days. She’s finally eating great again, she’s stopped scooting, her scratching has gone way down and, she has stopped biting her paws. I will keep her on these chews forever! Thank you Petlab! I got my playful Rosie back!!!

My dog, Olivia, is 15 years old and sometimes she lets me be the alpha dog. She's so smart, she knows just how to get what she wants. This past fall she developed problems with allergies. She was having problems breathing and licked her paws down to the bone. My vet ordered steroids for her but that seemed to make things worse. I decided to try probiotics, allergy tablets, and itch relief tabs from Pet Lab and that helped immediately. She doesn't lick her paws and no wheezing anymore. Highly recommend these products. Paula

I have sent 5 emails now to enquire about my order and not had a reply. According to tracking my order is in transit with a photo of an aeroplane . Tracked through SHOP app. I ordered approx 10 days ago and still no idea where the order is or when to expect it . REPLY My order is #4562 HOORVA0254084590 States in transit . Unknown Friday 30 November After posting this review my parcel finally came and the company got in touch. Thank you .
