I got this order on time, but my first order was late, due to going to wrong address so I'm not even finished with 1st container yet and I've gotten my second one so can you delay my next shipment 2 wks.

I didn't have any order issues but I guess we were the monthly winner for a pack of their dental sticks. My dog loved them and the customer service person I spoke to after receiving the email was extremely nice.

This has made no difference in my dog.

The product I give 5 stars. I did not believe this worked. But my chihuahua has bad breath and lots of tartar. It has removed the tarter even making it so if I scraped it with my nail it just came right off. It did not turn my dogs teeth white but I'm OK with the that. His breath is still a tad stinky but not as bad as it was before. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service. I am not even 3 weeks in and all the sudden there is a charge on my account. And not even for the same thing I purchased the first time. It was for double the amount. 5 minutes after I got the notification of the charge I immediately went to the website and clicked contact us and there is no phone number just an email I immediately sent an email stating that the charges were not authorized and if I had somehow subscribed that I wish to be unsubscribed cuz I wasn't even sure yet if I was going to be a repeat buyer I hadn't even used all of the first thing that I bought. Then I'm looking through my emails and I see an email that says I work confirming your purchase please call this phone number or email if you'd like to change it or cancel it so I called the number and the phone just rings and Rings it never goes to an answering machine and nobody ever picks up. Needless to say I have sent five six emails and the keep just getting the generic reply that they will return the email as soon as they can that they're having a high volume of emails. When I initially ordered the product I was having an issue not being able to fully go through with the charge but it turned out that I did twice I created two accounts inadvertently and when I emailed them about it I got an immediate response and it was fixed and one of the charges was credited to my account immediately. It seems like now that I want to cancel this and get a refund for this order that I didn't authorize I can't get a reply. Now the product is out for delivery this all happened in a matter of like 3 days and I'm going to send the product back but the money that I had in my account was for my electric bill so by the time it's due I will not be able to pay it and because of the economy right now I'm late and my electricity is going to be shut off. And I stated that in my email that it was important that I received my credit swiftly and then I have still not received a reply. Does not take away from the product being what it says it is doing what they say it does. With a great product like this you should have great customer service so I'm disappointed. I will not buy anything anymore simply based on the fact that I can't get good customer service if I need it.

It’s a good product my pet love it and it’s easy to use

The product works very well for my dog. Her breath smells nice.

Compra realizada el 8 de diciembre y no tengo mi pedido. El 27 de diciembre el servicio de entrega devuelve el paquete a origen porque indicaron mal mis datos y no consiguen localizarme. El 2 de enero me vuelven a solicitar mis datos para reenvío y desde entonces no tengo noticias. He enviado 2 correos electrónicos desde entonces y no me han respondido. Pésima gestión. Estoy sin mi dinero y sin el producto.
