First of all, they have great communicators. I recently had an issue that was taken care of immediately thru simple conversation. I find that a great attribute. This is the greatest reason why I have stayed with Pet Lab for as long as I have.

They are efficient and effective for timing my delivery perfectly as I'm close to running out. I am definitely seeing a big difference in my pups teeth after 2 months of using this product. Very satisfied all the way around

Petlab Co's Probright made my dog sick. We've been using it as directed for about a month and he's been vomiting and has developed diarrhea. This is the only new thing in his diet since he's been getting sick and our vet said that it's likely the culprit. We're past the 30 day window so we're simply out money. There are better (safer) ways to address your pup's dental needs.

My dog would not eat her food with the product on it and I wanted a refund but PetLab would not do that. Instead they wanted to me another product and I can't use that either. They should offer refunds.
