My Yorkie mix actually likes the probiotic chew as long as it’s in her food. She is VERY picky and doesn’t normally like any new anything but she gobbles up her food with the chew. She’s been on it consistently for two months and finally she has cut way back on constant licking her paws. People used to comment on her bad breath but not any more. The chew is a constant in our household!

Pet labs probiotics have really changed the dynamics and health of our puppy. He used lick and chew his paws all the time and scratch all the time and had diarrhea when we first got him. After taking the probiotics, he has become an energetic happy puppy.

This company profits from intentionally leading customers to believe that natural canine behaviors are a result of "bad bacteria" and subsequently need to be fixed. All of this is done to entice you into an expensive subscription for a product that may or may not work. There are hundreds of cheaper alternatives that will be just as, if not more, effective than this. It is natural for your dog to chew grass, itch itself, and lick its paws. It only becomes an issue when these behaviors are done excessively. This company is engaging in predatory practices to incite fear of "bad bacteria" to get you to spend hundreds of dollars on an extremely marked-up product. Do yourself and your dog a favour and don't spend your money on this bad company.

I’ve been considering getting the gut health ones to help my dog with his itching and never ending yeast infection. However, after going through both good and bad reviews I don’t think I will ever order from here. Bad reviews almost all say it doesn’t work and that the company sucks at canceling their order + refunding them as promised. Some good reviews will even admit both of those things as well. I also find it unconvincing when it’s a 50/50 chance it will work. Definitely wouldn’t spend that much money with those odds. Lastly I heard in one of the reviews that there’s some sodium something in the products which is really bad for dogs. So to me it sounds like they are doing more harm to your dog than helping. I didn’t do my research into that so I could be wrong but I’m definitely skeptical of this company and its products and not willing to spend that much money on something that may not work and harm my dog.

i ordered from pet lab one time you keep sending me more I`ve paid for the letter to cancel future orders. why in the devil am yet get charge for orders that i didn`t order this is so annoying can`t keep paying every month to cancel.

My dog vomited two days in a row after starting this. Obviously is not working for him and scared to try the chews I bought as well. Waste of money. Adding two stars because they have decent customer service and gave me all my money back in a time efficient manner. Still hoping I dont end up getting charged again and sent more product like many others have experienced.

So I ordered this product back in Feb 2024 for my Yorkie. Immediately we noticed a difference within a day and were amazed! She didn’t like the flavor of it too much and it was a pain to get her to eat her food but it really did work. Now I ordered it again about two weeks ago, even started a subscription because I didn’t want to run out again. I’ve been using it every single day since then and her breath is still horrible! I don’t know what the difference is from when I used it the first time but it absolutely is just not working this time around. I’m so disappointed and just had to cancel my subscription.
