We have tried many different products and spent hundreds of dollars trying to improve our dog’s breath. I was not expecting anything out of this powder, but it does work. After only 2 days we already saw an improvement. It is worth every penny.

I was very skeptical and having a large breed dog meant it was more expensive for me. I thought I’d give it a try. It’s best in my opinion to use the auto shipping as you save a decent amount of money and can cancel at any time. At about 9 weeks is where I saw the improvement! She stopped licking everything in the house, no more head shaking and scratching and no more paw licking obsession! I also previously tried other brands and she would refuse taking it. This one she loves and thinks it’s a treat!

Do not trust this company with your credit card. I ordered this product once and I did NOT select a monthly subscription but, without any warning, they have just billed me $66 for another 2 jars. I did not want any more. Be careful when ordering they have a slick way of sucking you into a subscription. Some companies email you to give you the chance to cancel any further charges, this company doesn't do that.

I ordered the dental powder 3 times n paid almost $100 for my 3 year old chihuahua, who suffered from bad breath n some tartar deposit. Even after 3 packs , there’s absolutely no change in his dental health. I understand every dog is different n hence I dropped an email sharing my concern but there was no partial refund or anything of that sort.

So far both my dogs have stopped licking their paws 98% !!! It was really upsetting that every time I looked at them they would be on the bed licking their paws and getting my bed wet while doing it but I felt badly not being able to give the relief. Vets take FOREVER in trying to figure out the “ WHY” they are licking and it’s expensive doing all kinds of allergy tests plus they still are in pain while doing so 😞😢 ! I am really glad I took a chance and tried Petlab I can’t thank you guys enough ! I can now find out why my dogs are acting the way they were and know in the meantime they have RELIEF!!!

I ordered the product a couple weeks ago and haven’t heard from them, and still waiting for the order to be delivered

To be honest, I feel as though I’ve been thoroughly scammed. I received the Probright powder hoping that it might help my cocker spaniel who suffers from terrible bad breath. Sticking to the single measure of Probright per day, she ate the first meal reluctantly, I almost had to force her to eat the 2nd meal containing this Probright powder and from then on she refused to go anywhere near her food. It was almost 3 days before she would consider her food again. I tried once more with the powder in her food and immediately she backed off and refused to eat. I sent an email to Petlab explaining what had happened and asking them not to send anymore. They didn’t reply to my email and then today, took £32.95 from my PayPal account. I immediately sent another email asking them to stop and refund the payment. PayPal also contacted them and they agreed to cancel the subscription but did not mention refunding the payment. Then this evening, I received an email from them saying they had dispatched another tub of Probright, so apparently they have no intention of cancelling this sale. Basically, they appear to be yet another disreputable company selling ‘snake oil’ products and then acting totally unprofessionally by ignoring a request to stop any subscription. I am absolutely disgusted by their trading ethics.
