Same song and dance here… email trying to cancel and no reply. I know it is going to the correct email as I get an auto reply email stating they should be contacting me within 24 hours. I have been trying for months to cancel and cannot contact anyone. When I login it shows that I do not have a subscription yet it is auto charged every month through my PayPal. Don’t waste your time!

I ordered 1 month ONLY not a subscription. I wanted first to see how my dog does on this product. She got itchier and dug at her ears and paws more, after 1 chew. Petlabco took ANOTHER month out which IS NOT AUTHORIZED and bring sent today. I do not want. I tried calling and low and behold their phones have an outage and being worked on....hummm....I am unable to remove my card on their cite. This is a scam and fraudulent company. I would give 1/2 a star if ot was offered for quick shipping only.

The website is confusing - particularly ordering prescriptions. It caused me to order the same item twice.

Great Customer Service. I had a complicated delivery problem which was not the fault or responsibility of this company, and one of their agents resolved it swiftly and efficiently. Not only was it a good outcome, but the way it was handled was excellent.
