I think it’s working but we’re in our second month I think and it seems to be doing OK. He’s not scratching like he was but I’m having to put my orders on hold cause I’m only giving it to two dogs instead of three so I have an abundance right now, so if you could Put my order on hold, I’d appreciate it

There's no way to get ahold of anyone to cancel things when you make a mistake and I tried to do this. No one can answer me. No one can be on the phone and I cannot see well-to-do email. So if there's a better way to contact y'all to have things done in a better fashion than what you have. That would be great, because now I've double paid for an order that I'm mistakenly made the second order, not realizing that the first order had already went through.
