I am dismayed that you will not acknowledge that I mistakenly have two accounts! I only want one product per month and you continue to send two (at different times) no matter how often I try to stop this. Your website is difficult to work with so I continue to be frustrated. Can you please look into this matter? If not, I will cancel all orders and shop elswhere.
Response from PetLabCo.Mar 31, 2025
Hey Kaarin, We are sorry to hear of the frustrations you are experiencing. We have reached out to you directly via email to better understand this issue you are experiencing, as we only see one subscription on your account for the desired product/quantity. We look forward to speaking with you to resolve this matter ASAP! Thank you, PetLab Co.
