We've been using PetLab Co. for years and we are very happy with the results. We use two products: Anti-Itch and Probiotics. Arroe (our GSP) was starting to get "hot spots" on her coat from biting and scratching itches. Since getting on the anti-itch chewables, her itching has ceased to be a problem. The probiotics have helped to keep her acting like a puppy. She turned six years old in January and she does zoomies like a 6 month old. I also want to talk about the incredible customer service at PetLab Co. We had an issue with a delivery about a year ago. I contacted the company and they rushed out a new order immediately. THAT is customer service!

This entire company is a scam and I’m convinced they bought their reviews. I ordered some of the pro bright powder and decided I didn’t trust the product after realizing in contains harmful ingredients for dogs. The site conned me into a subscription when I purchased so I went to cancel the subscription. However, the site will not allow me to login to alter my subscription. I attempted to email the company to which I receive an automated email stating they aren’t accepting emails from my email address. I even attempted with a different email and got the same response. I attempted to call the number on their site and sat on hold for over an hour twice with no answer from an actual person. If they con you into a subscription and then won’t allow you to cancel, this is highly illegal and unethical. Not to mention the use of harmful ingredients in their products. BUYER BEWARE! SCAM! STAY AWAY!
