Hi there! We are sorry to hear your dog isn't a fan of it yet. We understand all dogs are unique, including their tastes. Some customers have shared that adding a little xylitol-free plain yogurt or peanut butter have helped their dogs to enjoy it. Just keep in mind any allergies or sensitivities your dog may have. In the meantime, we offer Customer Portals in which you can adjust the frequency of your deliveries as well as pause or cancel your subscription at any time. If you haven’t created an account yet, you’ll need to do that before you can log in.
