Hello Robin,
Thank you so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear the supplements seem to be working for your pug. You can absolutely give the chews at any time of the day—morning or evening—whatever works best for your routine. We just recommend giving them after your dog has eaten, during a meal, or once they've had something in their stomach. Feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have further questions.
Best regards,

My puppy just loves the Wild Caught Salmon Bites. They are cut in these small cubes which don't have to be cut to a smaller size. I have only used the Probright Advanced so I cannot objectively give a
The products arrived quite quickly. Also the more you order the less you pay which is a good deal if you have the money. My puppy loved the Wild Caught Salmon Bites which are cut in small pieces which is great for my puppy.

My dog will not eat the pills I received! I have broken them down into little bits and mixed with her food and she eats around the pieces. I don’t know what to do.
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 15, 2025
Hi Nancy,
It sounds like your pup isn’t quite convinced yet! Some dogs can be a bit hesitant with new treats, especially if the taste or texture is unfamiliar. You might try presenting it in a playful way to spark her curiosity.
If she still isn’t interested, it could just be a matter of preference—every dog is different! If you need help finding an alternative or have any questions about our refund policy, you may reach us at [email protected].
Hopefully, she warms up to it soon! 🐾💙

Couldn’t get my dogs to even eat their food with this on it
My dogs hated it and would not touch their food with it on it. Total waste.
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 15, 2025
Hello London! We're sorry to hear your dogs didn't take a liking to our ProBright Advanced. Introducing new things to our beloved pets can often be a bit tricky. You might find it helpful to sprinkle a little water on your pup's dry food to help mix in the powder, or simply stir it into wet food. Another option is to add some of their favorite treats, like peanut butter, cheese, or yogurt—just be sure to keep an eye out for any allergies or sensitivities they might have. We hope these suggestions make things a bit easier for your pup!
Feel free to reach out at [email protected] if you have other concerns or questions.

My Dog Hates It
My dog won’t eat her food when I put it on top. I have to hide it in between the food. Can you change the way it taste?

My dog won't eat them
My dog won't eat them. He eats everything but did not like these. I have doubts about the quality as he has usually only balked at synthetic foods. He has a good nose and he doesn't like it, neither do I.

Hi Robert,
We're sorry to hear your dog won't eat the Allergy & Immune chews. There are several pet parent-tested tricks you can try to encourage acceptance:
Spread a small amount of xylitol-free peanut butter onto the chew.
Wrap the chew in a piece of cheese or a slice of meat.
Add plain yogurt as a topping.
Crumble the chew into your dog's favorite food or mix it with chicken broth, wet, or dry food.
Use positive reinforcement, such as praise or a treat, after your dog eats the chew.
Try making it a game by tossing the chew like a treat.
Always ensure any additions are safe for your dog's dietary needs and check for allergies or sensitivities.
Some dogs are more sensitive to new tastes, and it can take a few tries to find the right approach. If your dog still refuses the chews, it may be due to individual taste preferences rather than product quality, as every dog is unique in what they enjoy.
Best regards,
