It is too early to tell if it is working. Sometimes I think it might be but will evaluate in about 2 weeks Well it's been about 3 weeks after starting and I am noticing how soft and shiny his coat has become. Still having some itching but I think it is getting some better. He's more energetic and playful.

I noticed one full dose made it difficult for my 17ib dog to poop, so I started giving him half. after one tub i noticed the black markings on his tongue were gone. i noticed the first black marking when he very young, and recently it started covering most of his tongue and gums. i never even found information saying this was related to gut/allergies.(review of allergy & immune chew) i also swear by the dental powders they remove the plaque fast. I will try more of petlabs products.

This company texts me to upsell products and telling me to use the product daily to see results in my pet, I have never received the product. I have tried calling but they don't answer. They emailed me (I rarely read emai) the product was delivered but I haven't received it. Now I have paid for 3 jars of pet probiotics that never came. I do not trust this to be a legitimate company and I want my money refunded. I gave up after being on hold for over an hour and selected the option for a call back. Guess what? No call back either! I saw the same product on the Chewy website and wish I had ordered from them. They are a legitimate business and I have no problems receiving their orders. Update to review: I received a call from PetLabCo after posting the old review and the order was shipped to an incorrect address. They have corrected the address and are shipping the order again. Also, they corrected an error on the order so I feel confident they will come through with the proper order quickly.

Oh where to begin!? Okay, let's start with product. First jar of Allergy & Immune worked so fast I was amazed, so I signed up for a subscription. Second jar arrived way too soon... and then doggo refused to eat the new batch. Contacted PetLab - in a purely defensive stance and awful attitude they sent another jar. Doggo reluctantly eating, but he does so there's that. Went on website to skip next delivery... then another shipment arrived... ridiculous. So I found I could order PetLab product on Chewy and cancelled my subscription on PetLab website portal... guess what... another jar arrived 2 days ago. Decided to call them and I have been on hold (telephone) for nearly 45 minutes now... and decided to write this review and to pass the time to let you know just how aggravating this company is. Products seemingly good, but perhaps the company has grown too fast... but right now I only want to untangle myself with them and return the three months supply and receive refund of about $120. So here I am now writing a review as I continue to hold to speak to someone at PetLab who will hopefully remove me from their clutches. Horrible. P.S. Since my review is still pending, wanted to report that I'm still on hold... 1 hour and counting. When will I give up? P.P.S. One hour and fifteen minutes, I finally have requested an automated call back, not losing my place in line. Statement on recording is they will only try one time to contact me... in other words, screwed again if I happen not to have my phone on my hip today... Final Update: Incredibly I was just called back. The young lady, Maria was lovely and understood all of the issues and cooperated over and above anything I may have expected. Bottom line folks, don't order directly from Pet Lab! I am happy with the products, just the other stuff became unruly... and grateful to Maria.
