My experience has been good but I am not happy with the results of the allergy and itch product. My dog’s fur is now showing to be dry and his body odor has increased since he began this supplement.

Thoughtful and effective products
Thoughtful and effective products. We use ProBright and Probiotic Wafers, and find them both helpful and well-tolerated. Teeth especially have been an ongoing concern despite his all-raw, bone-crunching diet. The ProBright makes a big difference in biofilm and deposits. Not our only dental adjunct, but a useful one.

We believe these products are helping our boy Ruger. He’s had 2 knee surgery’s so the joint pills were a must. He has seasonal allergies and his paw licking has decreased a lot.

This stuff sucks
This stuff sucks! Made my dog's breath HORRIBLE. BOTH of my dogs, so I know it's not just an issue with a specific dog. There's no recourse for a refund.

customer for a long time and will be buying another product
I have been a customer for a long time. This rebranding also includes a cut back of effective ingredients. I am deeply disappointed and will search for another product. This is deceptive. I noticed that they show no photos of the back of the new tub which lists actual ingredients. I had to look deeper in the website and found product facts, where I confirmed the difference. Saying "same formula unchanged", when it has changed is deceptive. E.g. Glucosamine is one of the most important ingredients - it has been cut in half (900mg per chew before, now 450mg per chew). They show no reason for this change, no science article saying it will work just as well at the lower amount. They just hid it! To see where they say formula is unchanged go to the website, click on Help, then “Our Products”, then “Our New Look Explained”. For ingredients, Click on Products, then Joint Chews for dogs, then key ingredients in the top ribbon, then scroll down and click on "see all ingredients". If you have the old brand, you can compare. Note you have to find “Product Facts” to get exact formulation. Otherwise you only get photos and names. I would attach a photos of mine, but it won't let me here. I also can’t list links. This reduction in active ingredients may mean I have to give more chews to my dog to achieve the same result. I think it is upsetting if a customer does not know this and suddenly sees the reduction in effectiveness in their dog. I am deeply disappointed.

We understand how important transparency is, especially when it comes to ingredients that support your dog’s health. We want to mention that the Joint Care Chew information and formulation currently shown on our website is the Salmon flavor, which is our newest version of the product. If you've been using the Joint Care Chew for a long time, you're most likely getting the older version, which is the pork flavor. It has 900mg Glucosamine and 200mg Green Lipped Mussel. Your Joint Care Chew flavor can be seen on the front product label, and you can cross-check it with the flavor shown on the website.
However, we'd still like to review this information to ensure everything is as it should be. Would you kindly share with us your order ID? Once we have this information, we'll be able to confirm the product version you've been receiving.

Game Changer
We first made our order of probiotic chews on April 28th. After receiving we started our 65lb pit bull on his chews. We didn't see much of a change for awhile. At 1 month we seen only minor changes with his horrible scratching, paw licking and horrible hair and skin condition. Having taken probiotics myself, I knew it would take some time. We hung in there and every month only got better. We are coming upon our 4th month and it is a complete turn around!! Rarely scratches or licks his paws and wow, his skin and hair is completely different. I have gone back and read many of the reviews. I just wish people would give this product a chance to work. You can't expect this to work in 1 or 2 weeks or even a month. Just be patient it will work. Thank you guys so much for helping our family member we truly appreciate it!!
