Trying to charge my credit card without my approval. I wrote them stating my dog had a bad reaction to their probiotics and they did not even have the decency to reply, but tried to charge my credit card again without my authorization. Unacceptable

Great product. I am using a probiotic for my dog -she was a street dog in Spain for many years and subsequently has poor gut health. This product has made a strong difference to her health.

My dog Hazel has been scratching, I ordered chews from PetLab. She would not eat them. Their policy is return within 30 days unopened. Well I emailed and while they were opened they refunded 1/2 my money. I was happy with this and I have them to donate.

I wish I would’ve done my research more before giving this to my 12 year old Pomeranian. He is now on day 3 of pooping straight blood. I’ve spent $2000 at his vet trying to figure out what it is, but this is the only new thing introduced this week. Sure enough, I look up bloody stools caused by this and found dozens of people’s reviews about dogs bleeding out after using this. There is something really wrong/unsafe with the ingredients in this product. I really hope my dog survives. I would’ve picked his old stinky breath over putting him through amount of suffering any day. I am rso sad and sorry for buying this product.
