The ear liquid top wasn't secure so it leaked out in the bag it was sent in. Please make sure top of this liquid bottle is secure before sending out.

We receive our auto ship on time every month. Wish there was a discount for "frequent" customers. I'm afraid we are gonna have to eventually cancel our orders as we are having trouble affording a good product. Even our vet said it was a good product!
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 6, 2025
Hi Joyce, We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We're happy to hear that your auto-ship arrives on time. We recognize that affordability can be a challenge, and we value your vet's positive feedback on our product. To help with cost concerns, we wanted to let you know that in addition to the 20% discount subscribers receive, we also offer additional savings for bulk orders. If you have any further concerns or questions, our friendly customer experience team at [email protected] would be happy to assist you further. Kind regards, PetLabCo.
