The shipment arrived safely on my porch in front of my door. I received an alert on my phone letting me know of a delivery. I am glad that I was home. In the future, it would be a good idea to put the package behind my big flower pot or pillar-out of sight. Thank you so much!

Hello Debbie, We're happy the shipment arrived safely and you received the delivery alert. We appreciate your suggestion about keeping packages out of sight and will share it with our team. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

The protective covering on the inside opening of the bottle was not secured. The bottle opening was completely uncovered. The covering was stuck in the top of the bottle top. I really don't want to use this product. I had ordered two (mistake) and both had the same problem Please contact me.

You’ll hear from someone on our Customer Experience team shortly — they’ll make sure this is taken care of. Best regards, PetLabCo.

We’ve been using the product for about a year now. Our two Goldendoodles, ages 7 and 8, recently had their annual vet visit. The veterinarian was astonished by the excellent condition of their teeth, remarking that they look as if we brush them daily. Even with that level of care, she said, most dogs their age typically have some tartar buildup, but ours have none.
