My dog Sadie is still licking her paws. Is there anything else I can do for her? The probiotics are working good other than that and I need to order more because she’s a bigger dog and I run out before 30 days.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 17, 2025
Hello Jenny, We appreciate your feedback. We're happy to hear the probiotics are making a positive difference to Sadie! We also recommend our Allergy & Immune - Probiotic Chews - Target occasional skin sensitivities and paw licking with PetLabCo.’s powerful probiotics for dogs with seasonal allergies. Since Sadie is a bigger dog and you’re running out before 30 days, we can adjust your subscription to ensure you’re receiving the right amount for her size. If you could kindly share her weight, I’d be happy to customize her plan so you never run out. Our team will also be reaching out to you shortly to make sure you get all the assistance you need. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

So far, I have seen no results from my new shipment of Allergy tabs for my black lab, Molly. The reason -?? I cannot get the jar open!! Molly's dad is away on a hunting trip and will not be back for another week, so we will have to wait until then to give them a try. I never had a problem opening the small jars. Ask me for another review next month.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 16, 2025
Hello Mona, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m so sorry to hear you’re having trouble opening the new Allergy & Immune jar — that can definitely be frustrating! We also appreciate you letting us know about the results you’re seeing with our product. Every pup is unique, and responses to ingredients can vary, so we’re here to help however we can. To help with the new packaging, our updated containers now come with a child-resistant safety lid, which opens a bit differently from our previous jars. Here’s how to open it: How to open the new jar: • Push the lid down firmly • While pushing down, twist the lid counterclockwise • The lid should pop open once the pressure is released We’ve also included a short video guide with step-by-step instructions to make this even easier. You can expect to receive a separate email from us. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

The driver made an extra effort to deliver to address even thought there was confusion on the building. I caught him when he dropped off the package, I asked him his name he said Javier. I would like you to know

Hello Cristina, We appreciate you taking the time to share your delivery experience. We're happy to hear that the driver went the extra mile to ensure your package arrived despite the building confusion. We value this feedback. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

This is NOT helping his skin or hair. If you do not have other options then cancel this is subscription. Going to send photo.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 16, 2025
Hello Tammy, We wanted to reach out because of the review you left. We're sorry to hear the Probiotic chews did not provide the benefits you were hoping for. We understand that every dog is unique in how they respond to certain ingredients. If you’d like, our team can help explore alternative options to better support your pup’s needs. In the meantime, our team will be reaching out to make sure you’re fully taken care of. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention! Kind regards, PetLabCo.

I have four containers because I received an email that the payment did not go through on PayPal. So I ok’d it. In the meantime I received another delivery. It has different sizes too. I like the product just not the constant reminders and wanting me to order more. I tried to cancel all for now but only saw one product and not all what I receiced
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 16, 2025
Hello Gary, I’m really sorry for the confusion with the multiple deliveries — I can see how frustrating that must be. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying the product, and I’m here to help sort everything out for you. It sounds like you may have had more than one active subscription on your account, which is why you continued receiving additional shipments in different sizes. Let me take a closer look and make sure all the subscriptions you no longer need are fully canceled. In the meantime, our team will be reaching out to make sure you’re fully taken care of. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention! Kind regards, PetLabCo.
