I have a subscription with PetLab Co and up until this recent delivery have never had any issues. This last delivery was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to the courier service because it said my package was delivered but it was nowhere to be seen. They provided a photo and location, neither were correct. Even sent a photo of the address on my package, which was NOT the address they delivered to. I’m now trying to get my package replaced.
