It's an excellent product, but I receive too many emails a week. Reducing the frequency would make me much happier!

I can't get you shipping schedule to match my needs so i have cancelled my subscriptions. I keep getting product before needed (tooth powder). At one point I had 3 containers. The chewable tablets didn't come for several weeks. I have tried several times to get this resolved. It just doesn't seem possible, so I have given up.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 18, 2025
Hi Tom, We're truly sorry for the frustration caused. It looks like your ProBright Advanced subscription was previously set to 2 jars per month, which may explain why you ended up receiving more containers than needed. We also see that your Probiotic Chews subscription has expired because the payment method on file is no longer active, which would be the reason for the delays you experienced. We're sorry for the inconvenience and confusion this caused. Please know that you can always manage or adjust your subscriptions anytime through our online Customer Account Portal, including updating your payment method so orders continue smoothly. If it’s easier, you’re also very welcome to reach out to us directly through the “Contact Us” page on our website—our team will be happy to assist with any changes you need. If you decide to return in the future, we’ll make sure everything runs much more smoothly for you. All the best, PetLabCo.
