Driver has delivered to the wrong house the last two times!
Response from PetLabCo.Dec 5, 2025
Hi Darlene, We're very sorry your deliveries went to the wrong address. We completely understand how frustrating it is, especially when this has happened more than once. Although we don’t have control over how our third-party courier handles the delivery, we absolutely don’t want this to happen again. We’ll be sure to report this to our team so we can pass this feedback along and help prevent it moving forward. If you ever encounter any delivery issues or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — we’re always here to help! Warm regards, PetLabCo.

I don’t have any issues with their products just their customer services - I have had subscription with them for several years and had no issues until my order wasn’t delivered. I contacted them requesting that they contact the courier (Amazon) to request them to confirm where they delivered my parcel. Their contact team responded saying I need to contact Amazon directly. Guess what trying to contact Amazon got me nowhere so £42.00 worse off I feel somewhat aggravated and won’t be purchasing anything from them in the future.

If you can kindly provide your order ID, we will ensure that everything is addressed. Thank you! Best regards, PetLabCo.
