I have stopped my subscription. Please stop billing me!
Response from PetLabCo.Jan 14, 2026
Hi James, We’re very sorry for the confusion this has caused. It shows that no cancellation was completed through the customer account portal, and we did not receive a cancellation request on file, which is why the subscription remained active. That said, we absolutely want to help resolve this. A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to assist and make sure everything is taken care of properly. We appreciate your patience while we help make this right. Kind regards, PetLabCo.

Response from PetLabCo.Jan 14, 2026
Hi Angela, We are sorry to hear your pup hasn’t seen results yet. It’s important to note that supplements can take up to 3 months to see full potential benefits. Each dog is unique, and therefore, the timeline for optimal benefits may vary. Further, we accept returned items that are sealed and unopened within 30 days of purchase. Someone from our team will connect with you to ensure this is fully handled. Your patience means a lot — thank you. Best regards, PetLabCo.

Arrived in time for when we needed it. The current supply will run out within a couple days, and we have the new supply to use. Update: 1/14/26 - Last night I went to give the final 2 out of the container and there was only 1 left, so I think the count in the container was off.
Response from PetLabCo.Jan 14, 2026
Hey there, We're happy to hear that the product arrived on time! It's great that you have a new supply ready to go when the current one runs out. It's always our goal to provide convenience for you and your pet. Thanks for your feedback. All the best, PetLabCo.
jobee
Just received product.
Response from PetLabCo.Jan 14, 2026
Hi Jobee, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear the delivery went smoothly. 😊 Since supplements work gradually, it can take up to about 3 months of consistent daily use to see their full potential benefits. We truly appreciate you giving it a try and hope it brings great results for your pet over time. Warm regards, PetLabCo.
