Ridiculous company! They charged me $45 for something I didn't order/want! I emailed and told them I never ordered it. My bank reversed the pymt but on the 20th Feb I see Pet Factor charged my card the same amount $45 after the charge was reversed!!! I'll never get anything from Pet Factor again!! Not ever!!!

Subscriptions are NOT convenient. They show up without warning or notification with time to change frequency. I DID change the frequency to not receive anything for another 3 months and it showed up anyway. It's also purposely unclear the amount in each package so it's impossible to compare prices when it only shows "servings" by dog weight.

When subscription frequency is adjusted, it updates future recurring shipments but does not always impact an order that has already been processed. I signed up for a subscription, but i want to cancel it. I can't login - every time it try "Forgotten password" the form says its' sent an email to reset password, but the email never arrives. How else can i cancel the subcription???

I dont believe it's actually working my dog has a lot of tartar still and we do use it fairly consistently we should have seen a difference by now
