These products really work for my dog. She uses the itch relief- the probiotics and the dental powder. Would recommend to a yone.

Love the product, it helps my dog. But the delivery driver on multiple occasions has dropped the parcel in the middle of the driveway where it could be easily stolen or driven over. There are multiple safe places to leave the bag. Ie: mailbox, front porch, side door. They just pull up in their car, roll down the window and toss it on the ground.
Response from PetLabCo.Feb 27, 2026
Hi Krystle, We’re so sorry to hear about this experience, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. It means so much to us that you love the product and that it’s helping your dog, but we completely understand how frustrating and concerning this delivery situation must be. Having your parcel tossed in the middle of the driveway is absolutely not the level of care we expect. Please know that this is not the experience we want for our customers. We will be reporting this to our third-party delivery partner right away so they can investigate and address the issue appropriately. All the best, PetLabCo.
