Hello Melanie, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating and concerning this situation has been, especially after dealing with it for several months. Customers have the option to select either a one-time purchase or a subscription when placing an order, and we never want anyone to feel that they were enrolled unexpectedly. We’d like to review what happened with your account, including any subscription activity and charges, so we can better understand the situation and assist you. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to look into this further and work toward resolving any outstanding concerns. Kind regards, PetLabCo.®

I have a fence and instead of walking to leave it on the front door they toss it over the fence every single month and throw it on the grass. First of all anyone could just pass and take it. Secondly, the grass could have ants or any other bugs that can get in the package. I’m so over it . If it happens afain I wil be finding somewhere else to take my business.

Hello Alicia, We’re very sorry to hear about the repeated issues with how your packages have been delivered. We completely understand your concern about your order being left on the grass, where it could potentially be taken or exposed to insects. While deliveries are handled by the carrier, this is certainly not the experience we want for you. We’d like to look into the delivery details and see how we can help prevent this from happening with future orders. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to assist further. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to help make this right. 💙 Best Regards, PetLabCo.

Every package has been wonderful for the past few years I have been ordering from here. However, this last package I got sent had nothing in the package. I haven’t opened it yet, but even without opening it I can tell there is nothing in the package.
