I wanted to contact them to pass some suggestions and they took them very well and also very fast. Great experience.

Honesty!!! My order was taking longer than normal, to even get a email!! So I emailed them. Mandy Laterveer was honest with me!! Our conversation is will keep private, but there were no lies, no deception, just pure honesty, and I respect the hell out of that!!!! Cheers

Excellent customer service experience.

Great assistance!

Browsing cards and had a few questions about availability and such, emailed them late at night and got a response the very next day, fully answered my questions and told me multiple things i could do next! Aside from that the cards look absolutely stunning and I’ll definitely be buying from them in the future!

I'm not sure if this will go out to the company, but I wanted to give a MASSIVE thank-you to theory11 for their AMAZING customer service! My daughter received a theory11 puzzle for her birthday(Stranger Things), and I'm not sure if, in the process of putting the puzzle together, we lost a piece or if it just got left out(not likely in my opinion). Sad to think 1 piece could ruin a whole puzzle but, eh, if you do puzzles like we do, it was the end of the world! I reached out to theory11 hoping to get just the one missing piece, but alas, each puzzle is different. I figured that would be the end of it, and we would just need to accept defeat and get a new puzzle ourselves. NOPE! The amazing rep Mandy, whom I had previously reached out to, offered to either give us 50% off a new puzzle or send us another of the Stranger Things puzzles we had completed. We took her up on the replacement, and today we received it in the mail! You have a lifetime customer from my family(already bought 2 more puzzles). Not only are your puzzles the best I've ever done, but your customer service is amazing too! Thank you and Mandy again for all your help!

Theory 11 has been my go to place to shop for quality decks of the most unique cards. I have never been disappointed in the creative designs, the mechanics which go into making the cards, or the art and craft of designing beautifully made decks. The customer service delivers prompt responses and quick resolution to any delivery issues. Thank you Theory 11.
