I just would like you guys to know that I absolutely loved your cards and thought they were absolutely amazing yes the cards in the tuck boxes are Splendid and absolutely exquisite. But unfortunately I might have to stop collecting your guys's cards. Because I buy deck box protective sleeves. To protect my cards so they do not get damaged. Like I said I'm a collector so you guys putting on a hanger for retail stores and a sticker kind of pisses a lot of people off and you need to stop doing that I know for a business side it's great but for the collector side. It pisses me off because nobody else does it. What you should just do is say hey if you want to sell our cards. Here's a display and put them all in it and send them stickers so they can put on themselves at the store so then when you ship out cards for us your consumers that are not retail don't have to go to this b******* nonsense. Please and thank you fix this issue please I just got a pack of yours today. And I had the wall hanger part of it was bowed out and bubbled so I tried taking it off and it ripped the cellophane on a limited edition 25th or special edition 25th anniversary Tycoon playing cards I love your cards but please fix thank you. Literally my YouTube channel is called Monarchman because of your Monarch playing cards so please fix.

Theory11 uses unethical tactics to secure your purchase. Namely, all of the reviews on the site are carefully reviewed to make sure they are either 4-star or 5-star reviews, and that the review is glowing about the product. I've ordered from Theory11 multiple times, but my purchases came to a dramatic halt when I purchased the Zandman Book Test, wrote a POSITIVE review (3 stars), but also offered some constructive criticism about some of the issues with the magic trick. After multiple attempts to get my review published (as I felt like it would've been far more comprehensive than any other review I saw on the site), it just never got approved. Again, this was a largely positive review - it makes me wonder how many negative reviews have been snuffed by the company. In the future, I would likely buy decks of cards from Theory11, as they are usually high-quality, but I would warn against buying their other products, some of which are a sleight of hand to pick money from your wallet.

A few weeks ago I placed an order on their website (for well over $100). The moment I completed the order, I was offered a discount for a pack of cards I'd already bought. It felt a little annoying that I could have likely saved money by knowing this trick, but I ignored it. About a minute later, I realised that if they were able to offer discounts on their decks in that way, they would likely have better deals in their upcoming black friday sale. I'm not in the US, so I completely forgot about this, but I emailed away. A total of about 3 minutes had passed since I'd placed the order. I was told a couple of days later that they couldn't make changes because the "order was already in the warehouse". This was a full week before the black friday sales, so I asked if there was a possibility I could just be extended any discount that may exist come the sales. Again, they said I would have to return the international shipment and place a new order. The customer service person was adamant the best option was to cause the parcel to be shipped to another country and back, than to offer the difference in price. I should note, I've bought a few decks from theory11, this is them dealing with a repeat customer. About a week and a half later well after the black friday sale had finished, I finally got a dispatch notice. Which is strange, because apparently the order was in the warehouse a long time ago. Or was it? The decks came dinged and one had a larger dent, but after my initial run in with their support I couldn't be bothered with sending their parcel back to them. I most likely should have read the reviews on here before placing another large order with them, but I guess I've learnt now.
