While I haven’t received my order yet, from the fast customer support services they were able to provide, I was convinced to have faith in them and wait for them to restock and deliver my order.

The support service is really a 5 star the delivery is perfect and same for the packaging however, the web site could have more pictures of the cards and the back of the cards because there are more pictures about the box it self then the actual deck of cards. The box are really pretty but for some deck the backs of the card are disappointing. Despite that, the cards in hand feels great and the custom figure are really fun and beautiful, all the cards are the same size so there is no problem playing with multiple decks. It's probably the best brand to by playing card out there.

My experience with Theory 11 was excellent. Although I did have to exchange my first order due to the outside case being in diminished condition, their customer service made the process easy and streamlined. I reached out to them through email and provided pictures as requested. The next morning, I received an email saying they had already sent a re-order for an empty case, and they let me keep the previous case as well, which was a great gesture. The cards themselves were stunning, with crisp and beautiful designs that felt luxurious in my hands. When I had received the newly ordered case, it was perfect. The condition was flawless. I was truly satisfied with my experience overall.
