I have visited this Alladin's Cave guitar store once (it was an 800 mile round trip for that purpose) and I was not disappointed. The stock is of the highest quality (with, for the most part, prices to match - although look out for the occasional bargain). Since then, I have purchased two guitars from TNAG over the phone. Service has been friendly, informative and efficient and I have been extremely pleased with my purchases. Buying an excellent guitar has been an incentive to further learning and development in my own musical progression. Playing a beautiful instrument with a stunning tone can only deliver pleasure (even if you play badly!). For anyone looking for a luthier made guitar that is a bit different (and often better) than the standard big brand factory made instruments, this should be your first port of call. The website is also well constructed with sub sections that are interesting, and now, free lessons from experts.

Order once online a B&G Little Sister. Everything was smooth, perfect, on time. Then visited them in London to chose a B&G Step Sister. Everything was all set for me when I arrived. I could get a lot of great advices. This is positively a unique and amazing experience.

Buying a guitar from TNAG is a pleasure from start to finish, and beyond. I find a lot of guitar shops and showrooms can be overbearing and not conducive to relaxing and getting to know the instrument, and whether it’s the one for you. Ben, Richard and team are fantastic to work with, and make you feel instantly at ease and unpressured. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, and always make time to answer any queries. Even once you’ve purchased a guitar, their aftercare is second to none, and you really feel part of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate for second in recommending TNAG to any guitar enthusiast - you’ll not find a better buying experience.

I’ve used North American guitars before & found them an excellent company. I bought an Andrew White 1022 & love it. Bit slow on sending it but when i e mailed to enquire why it had not been posted I received a load of freebies when it arrived, where talking days here. I will definitely use them again.
