Very simple - trouble free experience for an international buyer. Order placed on a Sunday - delivery in US on Thursday. The guitar is fantastic - as expected. I would certainly do business with these guys again!

My first experience of buying from Ben and his team at TNAG has been one hundred percent positive! They couldn't have been more helpful answering all my questions swiftly and fully which gave me the confidence to buy a fabulous guitar without even playing it or seeing it "in the wood" so to speak first! I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and the guitar arrived swiftly, well packed and hassle free! I was introduced to Ben and TNAG through my youngest son. They apparently met some years ago as their respective careers were developing. Ben is a great guy with unbelievable knowledge of his subject. He is a thorough gentleman. Helpful, enthusiastic and an absolute joy to do business with. If you are reading this - it is fairly evident that you know a thing or two about quality - and quality is what TNAG is all about. I would imagine the rate of customers returning is quite high. I would think it likely that I shall be one of them. 5-stars without hesitation.

I had a couple of issues with the description of the guitar I bought as a size was different to listing plus case, I contacted Ben who explained there had been a glitch in the listing, and he promised to look into it, the guitar itself is fantastic and better than I expected. Ben then not only took the time to email me back, he did a follow up personal phone call to apologise and then to cap that also insisted he send me something for my trouble. I can't thank him enough, I have bought guitars for the last 30 plus years from from top shops, both here and abroad, and now and again little problems do pop up as is the nature of buying online or secondhand especially, but have NEVER had service and personal commitment / back up on this level before.....I know where I will be buying my next one!............Sincere thanks to Ben and all at N.A.G.

The guitarists eight wonder of the world. You can feel in awe of the exotic guitars on display but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and allow you plenty of time to bond with the instruments. I love this place. I just need to save more money before returning. 5 stars.

I’ve bought high-end guitars from a variety of boutiques around the world and I can assure you that TNAG is the absolute best one-stop-shop for all your guitar needs on the planet. Ben and his passionate team are incredibly knowledgeable and will make sure you get the best guitar available out there from top-notch luthiers (they have done that for me on several occasions). Do yourself a favour, call them now and/or try to visit their incredible London-based boutique! A shame there's not a 6-star option - honestly, it's that good.
