Have bought two guitars from TNAG now, they are great to deal with. The first guitar had a few issues which they are sorting out for me with the luthier. The second guitar is just perfect. I will not mark them down for the problems with the first guitar but will wait and review again if not properly resolved. As I say very nice people both Ben and Richard have gone out of their way to help this needy customer, but as someone else has said when you are paying £5k a guitar you expect the best products and the best service, they don't disappoint.

I'm from Denmark and have bought and sold high end guitars through TNAG. They offer excellent, fast service via email, are service minded no matter how many (stupid) questions I ask and offer thorough guidence in situations where you have to rely on exactly that, guidence (I have no place in Denmark to try any of the TNAG (or similar) builders). And their postage service is excellent: pickup at your own house, day to day delivery.

Exceptionally good service, and confirming that mail-order *can* be risk-free, if you are dealing with totally honest and reliable people, as with TNAG. Bought a wonderful second-hand True North acoustic from them, but once I started playing loud + round 7th-9th frets and beyond, I noticed buzzes etc. TNAG *immediately* agreed to pay for the necessary work to be done here in Glasgow rather than have me send it up and down the country. Unusually, even surprisingly helpful and generous. A beautiful instrument, for an honest price, and TNAG could not have been more fast and helpful in their responses.

Great and fast communication, perfect and ultra-fast shipment, fantastic Instrument. It doesn't get any better! Highly recommended, will definitely deal again in the future.

I recently gave in to a Rick Turner model T which I have been coveting for a few decades since they first were released in the late 90,s. I had never seen a Turner in the flesh. But a day after making the call to Ben after the Easter holiday sale I have a sublime guitar in my hands built to top drawer standards of finish, tone and design, my only criticism is why did I leave it so long, I now have enough Horseshoes to refurb a pony.....

Saw a fabulous pre-owned guitar on the TNAG website. Emailed Ben for an initial contact. My problem was "one in one out", but within minutes of speaking to Ben, my mind was made up. He put my mind at ease with his knowledge and passion, and he put a deal together for what is now my new guitar. He suggested we put my existing guitar on consignment and made the whole situation not only workable, but very, very easy! TNAG are undoubtedly the very best at what they do, and certainly, in my travels, and I've seen a few "guitar shops" in my time, pretty much incomparable.
