Pleased with the B&G solid brass bridge and it made a noticeable difference. Delivery was slower than other guitar parts suppliers I use but I was in no hurry, arrived well packaged.

I bought a B&G Little Sister Crossroads guitar in the Black Friday VIP Sale. The guitar is beautiful and arrived promptly. The only disconcerting thing I found was during the buying transaction. I bought from the UK website where all the pricing was in pounds Sterling and the Vat was included but when I paid by PayPal it was displayed in dollars so I was charged a currency conversion fee although the guitar was in the UK and shipped in the UK. If this is normal then possibly a warning should be shown. I went ahead with the transaction but felt a little bit put out. This was the only negative. Hence 4 Stars. If I buy from a UK branch I don’t expect to be charged extra for a currency conversion.

TNAG is a great enterprise. However, I do sometimes wish that the musicians it employs as salesmen/managers would not gush about every single guitar TNAG is selling in terms such as "....we were absolutely blown away by.....". By the time a prospective customer has read the same hyperbole in relation to 5 consecutive guitars, it starts to wear a little thin.

Great on price (relative to other suppliers). The fact that my amp was not in stock should have been flagged up. It took five weeks to come in. Once in it was promptly delivered.
