Hi I agreed to buy an expensive, 8500 pound guitar from Ben at North American Guitar, with them selling three of my acoustics to at least part pay for the new guitar. I was a bit worried that the new guitar would arrive before they could get them all sold, but they have managed it with time to spare. I couldn't be happier with their service, and am now awaiting my new James Goodall with no worries gary

I am a left handed player and so rarely buy guitars on impulse. I had been looking for a guitar to complement my main guitar (Martin J40) for several years without success. North American Guitar directed me to a NOrthwood 0014 on their site and I had a long exchange of emails with Richard who provided all the help I could wish for. I bought the guitar on Monday, it arrived in perfect condition on Tuesday and was exactly what I was looking for. This is a fantastic firm to do business with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the Northwood is a great guitar made by a single luthier shop in Canada. Well worth checking out

Best sales experience I have ever had with any retail guitar store. Ben Montague made this possible once he knew I was serious about making a purchase. His efforts encouraged my purchase. When I enquirer about a 2nd acoustic. Again Ben found an agreeable solution which met my ability once more to make the purchase. If you want one of their guitars don’t hesitate to contact Ben. I am awaiting delivery of one of my guitars shortly.
