Shipped quick, right part

Placed the order 4/28. Has not shipped as far as I can tell, and cannot seem to get a status as of 5/11 # 1023497

In spite of my attempt to forestall the shipment of a Dometic wire shelf part, I received it anyway....I don't have a Dometic fridge..., I called and asked what they'd like me to do with the part, and haven't heard anything yet. Only the right hand trim piece for my Norcold has come...., apparently the left side piece is stuck in Elk Grove Village, but still hopeful that it will make its way to NC. Seem like nice personnel, and the USPS can be frustrating in the best of times, which this isn't.

One phone call maybe 10 minutes had fridge problem diagnosed and part ordered. Part arrived in Missouri in two days. I installed the next day and the fridge works better than ever. Saved a ton of money over taking into the local shop. Local dealer wanted 25% more for the part also.

Parts arrived in a timely manner and fit my refrigerator.

Still have not received refund from item purchased but could not ship.
