Hi Mark, we’re sorry to hear that. The luxury watch faces are included with your purchase, and if you still don’t have access to them, something clearly went wrong during the delivery or setup process. This is usually resolved very quickly once our team can verify the email address used for the order. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll resend the folder, installation guide, and everything you need to get them working properly. We’re here to help. The Mod Projects Team

Hi James, thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear it was a great success in the end. Hi Dan, we’re sorry to hear the delivery took longer than expected. Regarding the watch faces, with the correct settings and by following the setup tutorial we provide after purchase, they can remain active for hours and refresh naturally when you raise or tap your wrist. They are not limited to one hour. It sounds like the setup may not have been fully configured, and our team would be happy to help you get the intended experience. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through it. The Mod Projects Team
