Great product. Super slow delivery.
Buying process was OK, but it was much slower than I was expecting. Now the case is here, and it looks good. The accompanying watch faces are worthless, but the case is great.

Instructions lacked but once I figured…
Instructions lacked but once I figured it out it was good. The watch faces kinda suck because you can’t keep one they change and I wasn’t impressed with the way they keep time so that dragged my rating down and the time it took to receive the order I thank them for the reply however I was left with out team will help but I can’t reply as there is no reply

Great watch strap
Great watch strap. Replacing an identical one but of inferior as the catch kept opening. The watch faces are tremendous, I do like the Rolex. To say the watch stands out is an understatement, it’s great. Being 72 years old I did have some problems downloading, I don’t know how I eventually solved this but it works. Well done.

beware!!! Fraud They say your item shipped, but offer no tracking info- Customer service is just emailing them and no response- I never got my purchase and only got my money back when I disputed the charge with my credit card
