Hi Victor, thank you for your feedback! Hearing that the case still looks new after weeks of daily use, especially working in a kitchen as a chef, is a fantastic testament to the quality and durability we aim for. We’re sorry, however, that you still haven’t been able to access the watch faces and that delivery took longer than expected. The faces are an important part of the full Mod experience, so we’d really like to get this resolved for you. Please contact us at [email protected] and our team will help you access the complete collection and guide you through the setup. Thank you again for your patience and for recognizing the quality of the product. The Mod Projects Team

Hi Jake, thank you for your honest feedback, we’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the products. We also understand your point about shipping and response times. While we’re continuously improving both areas, we know there’s still room to do better, and feedback like yours helps us get there. Thank you again for your support. The Mod Projects Team

Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We’re really glad to hear the overall look, packaging, and presence of the case. We also appreciate the honest notes regarding shipping, finishing imperfections, the clasp and the watch face experience. We’ll review this internally with our production team. Regarding the watch faces, with the correct settings and tutorial configuration they should stay active for hours and refresh naturally when raising the wrist. As for the $30 refund please contact us at [email protected] and our team will assist you directly. Thank you again for the balanced and thoughtful review. The Mod Projects Team

Hi Jonathan, we’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t a good one. Regarding the watch faces: with the correct settings and by following the step-by-step tutorial we provide after purchase, they remain active for hours and refresh when you raise or tap your wrist. If that wasn’t your experience, it likely means the setup wasn’t fully completed, and we’re happy to guide you through it. We also take your feedback on shipping and the clasp seriously and will review this internally. If you’d like help setting everything up correctly or resolving the product issue, please contact us at [email protected]. The Mod Projects Team

Hello Michael, thank you for your feedback. The pins and tools are included in the kit, but we’re happy to guide you through it or send replacements if anything was missing. You shouldn’t need to go to a jeweler for setup. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help you get everything sorted. The Mod Projects Team
