Beware! Cheap and customer won’t help!
Beware!! CHEAP and Customer service won’t help!! Please read my real review before thinking about purchasing! I don’t leave reviews but this is ridiculous! Apparently, “waiting to hear back from management” is a six-month process at The Mod Projects. I purchased one of their watch cases and wasn’t satisfied with the product. They agreed to a 75% refund, which sounded fair. The problem? They never actually sent it. Trying to make things easier, I even offered to forget the refund and simply accept a replacement case instead. Surely putting a watch case in a box and shipping it would be easier than dragging this out. Six months later, I have received nothing. Not a refund. Not a replacement. Just the same excuse over and over again: “I’m trying to follow up with management.” At this point, I have to wonder if “management” is an actual department or just a mythical place customers are sent when the company hopes they’ll eventually give up and go away. The most disappointing part isn’t the watch case. It’s the customer service. Mistakes happen. Products miss the mark. But making promises and then spending half a year avoiding the solution is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying from The Mod Projects, I hope you never have a problem with your order—because based on my experience, you’ll be waiting a very long time for someone to do what they already promised to do.

If you were offered a 75% refund or a replacement case, that commitment should have been followed through in a timely manner. We also want to clarify that no customer is intentionally ignored. Your case appears to have remained stuck in an escalation process for far longer than it should have, and we take responsibility for that.
