Just received the 3 bracelets I bought online; gold and rose gold! Love how beautiful they are and goes well with my other bracelets!

You kept talking about how heavy it was, and honestly, I don't think they are heavy at all. I'm wearing one on each wrist, with hopes that I get double the positive affects from it. Now, I wait and see. I will update you at a later date, im praying they help.

Very disappointing customer service. I purchased a bracelet from My Haima and have been trying to arrange a return. I emailed on October 14, followed up on October 17, and sent an Instagram message on October 21. As of October 24, I still haven’t received a single response. Having to chase a company across multiple channels for basic return assistance is frustrating. This lack of communication has made me hesitant to shop with them again.

I am impressed with the fast customer service via text. Before I purchased, I was instantly texted by a REAL person who immediately helped me with my cart and assisted with changing the color I wanted. I haven’t received the product yet. I will update when once I receive it.

Just received my bracelet today in the rose gold. It is very cheaply made with defects on the actual jewels. Definitely not worth $39 more like 10 bucks. Very disappointed!
